Work Visa; Residence Permission Issues

Hi

I am having some visa problems at the moment, and I am enquiring to see if any one has had a similar experience to mine.

My work permit application has just been rejected by the foreign experts bureau on the grounds that they have a bad record of me The first company I walked out canceled my Z visa and handed my little foreign experts book in, although the procedure was done correctly. A year later the same company I walked out on just tried to re-hire me and my application for foreign experts certificate was rejected as the bureau said that my book was handed in a week late and now i have a bad record with them. My main concern is will this effect all of my future working permit applications in Beijing with other companies? As I wish to stay here

Who is telling you this, the visa office or the school rep?

If you take a look inside of that little red book it says something to the effect that you should carry this book and turn it in before leaving. In the past China didnt have the system to really track these issues. Today, it is a robust part of the new IT infrastructure. Your next question to the PSB should be, "What do I need to do to fix this?"

Or, I suppose you could always "walk out" again.
