we are based in india, our company want to send some of our employers to china for stay more than 90 days visa , they need to get Z visa type ...my counterpart in china need to know what all dos to be present in china foreign mission and what all dos need from india...
Let us know the required documents needed from India company and from
China company .........

(If it is not for teaching, and for working in a company. )
You will need Alien Employment license and a letter from the PSB (Public Security Bureau) to obtain a z visa.

The company in China needs to send you the original invitation documents for each person. You then need to take these documents to the Chinese consulate in India for visa processing, (or have an agent there do it for you)
Below are samples of the invitation documents you will need.
1. Alien Employment License
2. Public Security Office Invitation Document
