POLL: What to do with this guy?
So this fella (USA Citizen) vacationing in Mexico sent us a package in late June for visa processing.
..No Application form..
..No Photo..
..No Contact information.. Phone or email..
..A check made out to a totally different company that is uncashable.
..There are not enough free pages in his passport for a visa.
We attempted to locate this person via search engines, 411, etc.. No Result.
After a month goes by and we're ready to send the passport to the state department, He calls (after hours) and leaves messages requesting a callback or an email, but has never left contact information.
He finally calls during operational hours and speaks to our representative and proceeds to blast her as if this situation was brought about by her.
She mailed back his passport with the invitation letter.
By regular mail.
To Mexico..
In an effort to evaluate our service, I'm curious what the community thinks would be an acceptable service response dealing with a person of this regard?
