Please be advised, that this organization does not exist and any attempt for an employer in China to ask you for money to pay for invitation documents is a scam perpetuated by nigerians in Guangzhou. NEVER SEND MONEY OVERSEAS BY WESTERN UNION OR MONEY WIRE FOR A JOB!!! Below is a post from a recent victim.

How are you today?Your C.V has been reviewed and was considered by the members committee of Baoxiang Volleyball Academy based on your qualifications and experience for the Head Coach Position with the Volleyball Academy.
The following process can be expected by you to understand and take before the signing of this contract with Baoxiang Volleyball Academy.
Application – Chinese Sports Counsil will request that you first acquire an Alien Coaching Authourisation/Registration from the Assessment Authority for occupation and Contract which is Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MOLSS) to enable the Chinese volleyball Association to issue you Alien Coaching Authorisation for the signing of the contract letters.
Offer — Upon Baoxiang Volleyball Academy confirmation of your coaching authorization from relevant Ministry. a detailed "Salary Worksheet" and compensation packages being offered is provided with the offer letter.
Conditions of Contract— The conditions that must be satisfied for this coaching contract to commence include: undergoing a medical examination. Medical Examination will be conducted here in China on your arrival by our medical experts to ascertain the true health condition of the Head Coach before commencement of the contract.Also immunization shots will also be administered to the Head Coach as preventive measure on certain communicable diseases like Swine flu,TB etc.
This is a way forward in completing and purchasing an Alien Coaching Authorisation, Since you have not previously coached in China to obtain this registration.

I want you to send an email to the office address for inquiries on how go through the registration for your your Alien Coaching Authorisation License.The Rules refer that any Foreigner coming to China for the first time under an invited contract should have the Alien Coaching Authorisation License before he/she can engage in remunerative work,training or programme within Chinese territory in accordance with it laws.
The process of getting the Coaching Authorisation will not exceed 2-3 working days to for assessment and issuance.
On the confirmation of this email i shall send to you the Alien Coaching Forms which will be filled out by you and returned to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MOLSS) for your Alien Coaching Registration and authorisation Letter before this contract can be signed by you and the Chinese Sport Counsil CSC for the Baoxiang Volleyball Academy .
